The Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 6 North, Range 10 East (Town of Dunn), formerly described as follows: The North 1/2 of West 1/2 of Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, containing 40 acres or so much as may be necessary to carry the West line of the tract to shore of Mud Lake so as to give a right of way to the water of said lake, all in Township 6 North, Range 10 East (Town of Dunn); except for the western 200 feet thereof, (approximately 9 acres), which is presently anticipated to be contributed to the Foundation after the demise of the three original members of the Board of Directors, but may be contributed sooner.
